What we do
Our specialist Stop Smoking Practitioners provide expert support and encouragement in person, at peer support sessions or by phone.
Our 12‑week treatment programme focuses on supporting behaviour change and breaking habits. Practitioners will also advise on the use of licensed stop‑smoking medications to ease withdrawal and may supply these products if appropriate.
Who can access GoSmokefree support
- Anyone aged 12 years and over who wants help to quit nicotine
- Smokers who are willing to work with a Practitioner, set a quit date within two weeks of their first appointment, and return weekly for support
- Somerset residents only
